Payment Terms

  • 10% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • 100% payment is required before loading goods.
  • Payment are to be made in favour of “Rajbala Packers & Movers LLP” only.
  • Payment option: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallets.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management as per the following terms outlined after date of purchase.


We require a deposit of 10% payment of the total estimate in advance at the time of booking, if we are unsuccessful in scheduling a crew your deposit will be refunded. However, if a crew is confirmed and then a cancellation is made no refund will be provided.

“I agree to pay the total charges for the services to be provided by RPM LLP. I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges. Bank charges will be deducted as applicable.”

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation

A 50% fee will be deducted from the booking amount/payment made if the order is cancelled at least 5 working days (Saturday, Sundays and Holidays not included) prior to the job order execution date and the remaining balance will refund to you in your source account within 7-10 working days.

100% booking amount will be deducted if the order is cancelled less than 3 business days prior to the job order execution date.

Short Term Cancellation:

If your situation has changed and you are no longer sure of your moving dates or destination you may opt to move your reservation to pending status. This will cancel your current order(s) and allow them to be rescheduled at any time within twelve months without penalty. Orders can be rescheduled for any location in or outside the country; it is not tied to your original location. Short Term cancellation will not attract any refund and will be adjusted against your next move only. Price may be changed based on the services you opt for based on your requirement.

The cancellation would not be done once the consignment has already been shipped.
